“But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly, and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully… 2 Corinthians 9:6”
This is exactly what we need to know and keep in mind to ensure we continue to prosper the more. Whatever a man sows, that he reaps also. If you sow yam, you are going to have to reap yam and not maize. This is also very much applicable to giving. When you give grudgingly or sparingly, you are going to reap the same way. People will give you little and complain they have giving you too much. But on the brighter side, when you give bountifully and cheerfully, you will also reap this way. Also, God will make all grace abounds to you, that you always have all sufficiency in all things, and abound to every good work (2 Corinthians 9:6-8).
In Malachi 3:10-11 it says “Bring ye all the TITHES into the store house, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine last her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD Of Hosts”. Haven’t you seen this scripture? Not only is God going to bless us financially with room not enough to receive it; but also He is going to rebuke the devourer for our sakes and He will make sure the devourer, do not destroy anything that belongs to us, and that includes being in Divine health. So we will not only prosper in terms of wealth, but be in health – physical and spiritual. When we pay our TITHE to God: which is the one-tenth of all our earnings and increase, we are bound to have more prosperity.
