Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer with exceptional graphics design skills to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent design abilities, and a strong understanding of how to leverage visual content to drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and website channels
2. Design visually stunning graphics, videos, and other visual content to support marketing campaigns
3. Create engaging social media content, including graphics, captions, and hashtags
4. Manage and schedule social media posts using various tools and platforms
5. Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly
6. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas and concepts
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, marketing tools, and industry developments
   
   Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and graphics design
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
3. Proficiency in CorelDRAW
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
5. Excellent design skills, with a portfolio that showcases your work
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills
8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field
9. Web design skills are an added advantage (knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website builders like WordPress, Wix, etc.)
10. This is not a remote job . it is an On-Site Job, require office-based worker.
    
    Nice to Have:

1. Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
2. Certification in Google Analytics or Facebook Ads
3. Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
