Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Marketing and Project Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and manage key projects that drive business growth and brand awareness. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Stanificent Global Technologies Ltd’s products and services
• Act as a Sales Representative, building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new sales opportunities
• Plan and execute sales promotions, including product demonstrations, trade shows, and other events
• Conduct market research, analyze customer data, and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.)
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
• Manage and maintain the company’s brand identity and messaging

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute specific projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and meeting objectives
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality in all aspects of project delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support
• Ensure projects align with the company’s overall business objectives and strategies

Additional Responsibilities:

• Analyze project and marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
