This intern will handle both customer service communication and sales support activities. The role combines handling inquiries with active engagement to convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage WhatsApp, social media, phone and walk-in customer inquiries
- Provide product information and guide customers to solutions
- Assist in issuing quotations, sales notes and follow-ups
- Support in-store/online conversion and after-sales engagement
- Record daily customer interactions and feedback
