FIELD MARKETER & SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite & Field Work)

Monthly Salary: One Hundred Thousand Naira (₦100,000)

Role Overview:

This position combines field marketing, sales execution, customer engagement and telemarketing. The staff will promote company products to individuals and businesses, handle inquiries, follow-up leads, and close sales both physically (field/in-store) and digitally (phone/WhatsApp/ online). The role also covers B2B marketing – reaching out to corporate clients, schools, hotels, churches, companies, etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct field marketing to generate leads from businesses and individuals
2. Execute telemarketing and WhatsApp/SMS campaigns to follow up and convert leads
3. Attend to walk-in and phone/online customers and provide product information
4. Perform B2B outreach to offices, institutions, and organizations
5. Prepare and send quotations, invoices and documentation for prospective buyers
6. Maintain sales pipeline, follow-up lists and conversion records
7. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets and prepare weekly performance reports
8. Maintain professional communication and represent the brand properly in all interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Experience in sales, marketing, telemarketing or customer service
2. Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
3. Confidence to speak with corporate decision makers (B2B)
4. Ability to work both in-office and on-field assignments
5. Basic smartphone/computer literacy for WhatsApp & documentation
6. Must reside in Benin City and willing to work onsite & in field
