FULL STACK ENGINEER

Salary: Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (₦250,000)

Role Overview

Stanificent Global Technologies Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing and maintaining both frontend and backend systems, integrating APIs, and working on our website, e-commerce platform and mobile interfaces. You will play a key role in driving our digital growth, creating scalable architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across tech, product and operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop and maintain web applications (frontend and backend) and APIs
2. Work on database schema designs, optimize queries, and ensure performance and scalability
3. Implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend technologies
4. Integrate third-party services and internal modules, ensuring seamless data flows
5. Deploy, monitor and maintain production systems, fixing bugs and ensuring uptime
6. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers and enforce best practices
7. Collaborate with product, design and operations teams to deliver features on schedule
8. Stay updated with tech trends and recommend solutions that enhance product and infrastructure

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Proven experience (3-5 years or more) as a full stack developer or in a related role
3. Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend frameworks (Node.js, Laravel, Django, etc.)
4. Strong knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling
5. Familiarity with RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and microservices architecture
6. Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure)
7. Good communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills; ability to work under pressure
8. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, web security and performance optimization is an advantage
