Role Overview:
This internship combines customer service and multi-channel sales functions. The intern will attend to customers physically in-store, engage with clients online via WhatsApp/calls, and participate in field marketing or outdoor sales visits when required. The role is designed to build practical skills in persuasion, client engagement, marketing communication and structured sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to in-store walk-in customers and provide product information
- Engage customers via WhatsApp, phone calls and other digital platforms
- Participate in outdoor/field sales visits to promote products to businesses and individuals
- Prepare quotations, invoices and assist with closing sales transactions
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationship records
- Handle basic inquiries, complaints and escalate unresolved issues properly
- Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively in all interactions
