Prayer Point: Lord, send a spiritual awakening to our community and nation, that many may come to know You.” (Acts 2:21)

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, asking for a spiritual awakening in our community and nation, that many may come to know You. As Your Word says in Acts 2:21, “And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Lord, we long to see Your presence manifest in our midst, and Your power demonstrated in our lives. We pray that You would pour out Your Spirit upon their us, as You promised in Joel 2:28-29, “I will pour out my Spirit on all people…even on my servants, both men and women.”

We ask that Your Word would be preached with boldness and clarity, and that many would be drawn to Your truth, as it is written in Romans 10:17, “Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.”

Lord, we know that spiritual awakening begins with a deep conviction of sin and a genuine repentance. We pray that You would convict hearts, that people would turn from their sin, and that many would come to faith in You, as it is written in 2 Corinthians 5:20, “We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us.”

As we pray for spiritual awakening, we also ask that You would equip us, Your church, to be effective witnesses for You. Give us boldness, courage, and compassion, that we may share Your love with those around us, as Your Word instructs us in Matthew 28:19-20, “Go and make disciples of all nations…”

May Your Spirit move upon our community and nation, bringing revival and renewal. May Your name be glorified, and may many be saved, as it is written in 1 Timothy 2:3-4, “This is good and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.”

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your power to bring about the awakening we long to see. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
