These STANIBIZ Software Terms (“Terms”) govern the installation, activation, licensing, and use of STANIBIZ software (“Software”) provided by Stanificent Global Technologies Ltd (“Company”).
By installing, activating, paying for, or using the Software, the user (“User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. License
   STANIBIZ is licensed, not sold.
   The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software strictly for the User’s own business operations and within the scope authorized by the Company.
2. No Refunds
   All payments made for STANIBIZ, including licenses, activations, subscriptions, renewals, or upgrades, are final and non-refundable once issued or activated, under all circumstances.
3. No Warranty / As-Is
   STANIBIZ is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
   The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. No Guarantee of Performance
   The Company does not guarantee that the Software will:
   Meet all user expectations or requirements
   Operate without interruption, delay, or errors
   Prevent data loss, corruption, or security incidents
   Bugs, limitations, or performance issues do not constitute grounds for refunds, compensation, or damages.
5. Data Responsibility
   The User is solely responsible for:
   All data entered, stored, or processed using the Software
   Regular backups
   Device security, power supply, network connectivity, and operating environment
   The Company shall not be liable for data loss, corruption, business interruption, or consequential losses arising from use of the Software.
6. Updates & Support
   Updates, patches, fixes, and support, if any, are provided at the Company’s discretion or under a separate paid arrangement.
   There is no obligation to provide perpetual updates, upgrades, or support.
7. Misuse, Suspension & Termination
   The Company reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate access to STANIBIZ where there is:
   License abuse or unauthorized sharing
   Circumvention of security or licensing controls
   Misuse, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms
   Such action shall not entitle the User to any refund or compensation.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
9. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.
10. Acceptance
    Installation, activation, payment, or continued use of STANIBIZ constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
