WARRANTY AGREEMENT

ONE-MONTH LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AGREEMENT

Stanificent Global Technologies Ltd

1. Warranty Coverage:

This warranty applies strictly to the product itself and covers only manufacturing defects within one (1) month from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not extend to installation, workmanship, labor, or any other services, even where the Company has provided installation.
During the warranty period, the Company may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

2. Warranty Claim Procedure

The Customer must physically deliver the product to the Company’s head office:
Stanificent Global Technologies Ltd

Complaints made by phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp, emails, or any other channels are invalid and shall not be recognized as warranty claims. If the product is not physically delivered to the Company’s office within the one-month warranty period, the warranty is automatically void, regardless of whether the Customer has provided prior notice. The Customer shall bear all expenses related to transportation, removal, reinstallation, or any other associated costs.

3. Solar & Power Solutions Manufacturer Warranty

For Solar & Power Solutions products, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, solar charge controllers, solar generators, solar flood lights, solar street lights, solar lamps, and related products, all manufacturer warranties shall be administered solely by the respective manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

Such products shall not be returned to Stanificent Global Technologies Ltd for manufacturer warranty processing, repair, replacement, storage, transportation, or warranty administration.
