Role Overview

The Receptionist and Sales Intern will serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and partners while also supporting the sales department in handling inquiries and promoting company products and services. The intern will manage front desk operations, attend to walk-in customers, assist in sales documentation, and ensure smooth communication within the company.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills who are organized, articulate, and passionate about professional growth in administration and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and attend to visitors and walk-in customers courteously and professionally.
2. Provide product and service information to customers and direct inquiries appropriately.
3. Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and recording daily sales activities.
4. Support follow-up calls and client engagement to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain a neat and organized front office area.
6. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication.
7. Handle calls, messages, and client scheduling with accuracy and politeness.
