The customer service intern will handle both customer service communication and sales support activities. The role combines handling inquiries with active engagement to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage WhatsApp, social media, phone and walk-in customer inquiries
2. Provide product information and guide customers to solutions
3. Assist in issuing quotations, sales notes and follow-ups
4. Support in-store/online conversion and after-sales engagement
5. Record daily customer interactions and feedback

Duration: Six (6) Months
Stipend: ₦50,000 Monthly
