Role Overview

The Warehouse Assistant Intern will assist in the daily operations of the company’s warehouse and logistics department. The intern will be responsible for supporting stock management, product arrangement, and dispatch coordination to ensure smooth inventory flow. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how logistics and supply operations function in a structured technology company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive, record, and organize goods coming into or leaving the warehouse.
2. Assist in maintaining accurate stock records and inventory reports.
3. Support in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for delivery.
4. Conduct periodic stock checks and report any shortages or discrepancies.
5. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
6. Coordinate with the logistics team to prepare items for dispatch or customer pickup.
7. Support in documentation and data entry for warehouse transactions.
8. Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times.
